I have good knowledge and extensive experience in the fields of Economics, public procurement, logistics, management and project management. In 2000-2007, he led the world Bank IDA project on the development of the public procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 2011, Professor and head of the Department "logistics" of the Kyrgyz state technical University named after I. Razzakov, the Department trains bachelors and masters in the direction of "logistics". In 2015 he defended his thesis of doctor of economic Sciences. He published 2 monographs and 2 courses of lectures. He has published 38 scientific articles in Russia, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Macedonia and the Kyrgyz Republic.
