On the basis of licenses for the right to conduct educational activities in the field of higher professional education, the department implements the following educational programs:
- preparation of bachelors in the direction 510200 "Applied mathematics and computer science". Profile Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. The form of training is full-time, full-time, the duration of training is 4 years (based on grade 11), 3 years (based on secondary vocational education).
- preparation of masters in the direction 510200 "Applied mathematics and computer science". Master's program "Mathematical Modeling". Form of study - full-time, full-time, duration of study - 2 years;
- preparation of bachelors in the direction 580500 "Business informatics". Profile "Electronic business". The form of training is full-time, full-time, the duration of training is 4 years (based on grade 11), 3 years (based on secondary vocational education).

- preparation of bachelors in the direction 680200 "Biotechnical systems and technologies". Profile "Medical informatics". The form of training is full-time, full-time, the duration of training is 4 years (based on grade 11), 3 years (based on secondary vocational education).
- preparation of bachelors in the direction of "Analysis and Processing of Big Data". Profile "Big Data Analysis and Processing". The form of training is full-time, full-time, the duration of training is 4 years (based on grade 11), 3 years (based on secondary vocational education). In this direction, such subjects as machine learning, deep learning of neural networks, text data analysis will be considered. The direction is open as part of participation in the "ELBA" project.
