Education:
- Graduated in 1978 from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Kyrgyz State University, with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
Professional Experience:
- 1978-1993 – Engineer-programmer, engineer, and teacher at the Interuniversity Computing Center, Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, FPI, and KGIFK.
- 1994 – Present – Working at KGUSTA named after N. Isanova: Senior Lecturer at the Departments of Economic and Mathematical Methods, Computer Technologies and Informatics, Software for Computer Systems, and Applied Informatics.
- 2001-2014 – Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Applied Informatics.
- Currently – Associate Professor, Department of Applied Informatics.
Achievements:
- One of the founders of the Applied Informatics specialty in Kyrgyzstan.
- Developed more than 50 working curricula for specialists, bachelors, and masters for full-time, part-time, and distance learning in the field of Applied Informatics.
- Developed the State Standard for the direction of Applied Informatics.
- Corresponding member of the Albert Einstein International Academy of Energy.
- Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Published about 40 scientific articles, more than 10 methodological manuals for students, and one textbook.

- Educational programs "EdNet," PF Academy of Education "TeachEx," Bishkek, distance courses MESI, Moscow.
- Audit and Quality Management: “Internal Audit of Quality Management System,” Kazakhstan Academy of Quality Management (KAMC).
