Education: Ilyaz Musabilovich Amanbaev graduated from the Energy Faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1974 with a degree in Automation and Remote Control. From 1974 to 1997 Worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 1997 Until 2006, work in the Offices of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2009-19 Head of the laboratory of the Department of Electric Power Supply, since January 2020, Head of the laboratory of the Department of Thermal Power Engineering.
