Collaborates with the city department to promote employment, disseminates the information received among students and graduates of KSTU;
provides the following services for students, graduates and employers, such as organizing various types of events aimed at facilitating the employment of a graduate (training seminars on writing a resume, cover letter, effective interviewing with the inclusion of role-playing games, master classes, as well as career days, a fair vacancies, etc.);
conducts annual monitoring to track the employment of graduates at all graduating departments, faculties and institutes of KSTU named after I. Razzakov;
identifies and predicts staffing needs, the formation of a list of popular specialties and competencies of graduates;
formation of a graduates database who are looking for work by filling out questionnaires, compiling resumes, updating the electronic database, etc.;
Familiarization of graduates with the database of vacancies, internships offered by employers, the database of vacancies for graduates, collected from the proposals of employers received by direct contact with the CCC;
Participates in the work of employers' employment commissions for a more detailed acquaintance of students of the last year of study with a particular enterprise, the specifics of work in a particular position, the requirements of the employer for a particular specialist.
Coordination of work on the organization of all types of practices;
Together with the Department of Educational Process Organization and Work Practice, organizing and conducting an orientation week for new enrollment students;
Establishment of long-term business relations with enterprises, organizations, institutions in Bishkek, in all regions of the Kyrgyz Republic, near and far abroad countries on the issues of industrial and undergraduate internships, training and employment of university graduates.
Currently, the Department of Industrial Practice and Career is successfully functioning in the KSTU named after I.Razzakov.
The main mission of the Department are:
• monitoring the conduct of all practices types in KSTU;
• compiling a registry of study program databases;
• ensuring interaction with Bishkek employment centers, enterprises, organizations and institutions on the issues of university graduates employment and the presentation of places for internship by university students.
• creates a university graduates database, including those who need of employment.
• organizes job fairs, employers' career days, presentations of companies and associations of other events at the university in order to promote the employment of students and graduates.
• To make the contracts with enterprises, organizations;
• Implementation of employers' feedback with the university.
