From November 21 to November 26, 2024, the Ust Folk Dance Ensemble of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named afterRazzakova took part in the organizational group of the International Creative Project “Art and Movement” and in the international dance festival-competition “Pearl of Asia” in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, taking 1st place.
This competition was organized on the initiative of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan and the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan. Hundreds of people from Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.) gathered for the Pearl of Asia festival-competition.B.) the contestants participated.
Kyrgyzstan was represented by the dance groups “UST”, “DAY” (Bishkek) and “Mulmol" (Balykchi). As a result, the jury recognized the Kyrgyz dance “jabagy” of the folk dance ensemble “UST” and the Turkmen dance “Gush tepti” as the best and awarded the first place. International scientific and practical conferences and master classes of dance masters were held within the framework of the festival.
Along with this, special excursions were organized for the guests, where they witnessed the cultural achievements of the city of Tashkent.
