[Translate to Deutsch:] Воспитательная работа

Educational activities in the student group are diverse and require attention and considerable time. The main task of the curator is to provide optimal conditions that help students not only successfully get an education, but also to reveal their abilities, to go through the path of professional and life self–determination.

In this work, everything is important: knowledge of the peculiarities of the family and living conditions of their students, their individuality, their ideas about the prospects of education. It is not easy to develop relationships in a student group - a new team that makes its own demands for self-affirmation. Therefore, the curator needs to be the organizer of interaction in the group, to form collective relationships favorable for the development of personality. First-year students may not immediately switch to the mode of study at the university, there are problems with adaptation, they need help in mastering independent forms of work, elementary monitoring of their academic performance is required. The university has a wealth of opportunities: every student can try himself in scientific, social, creative activities, go in for sports, get additional education. It is not so easy to navigate through this diversity, to make your choice. It is important for the curator to understand the motives of students' educational and social activities, their inclinations and interests, the level of formation of certain skills, the state of intra-group relationships, etc. The curator's concerns are everyday, they require pedagogical patience, systematic attention. The curator's journal is designed to help in organizing educational work with the student group.

The department is actively working on the education of students. The curators of the groups are engaged in educational work at the department.
