To form theoretical economic knowledge among doctoral students and teach methods of their use in solving practical problems that arise in the design and (or) construction process, including the development of a set of estimate documents as part of a dissertation.

LO 1. Knows the most advanced rules for conducting cost-benefit analysis; knows the most advanced methods of pricing and estimated rationing in housing and communal services.

LO 2. Possesses the most advanced and specialized: skills and methods to draw up technical documentation, as well as established reporting according to approved forms; skills and methods for improving the technical work of housing and communal services organizations;

LO 3. Possesses the most advanced and specialized skills and methods for developing operational plans for the work of primary production units;  skills and methods for developing measures to improve the economic efficiency of construction organizations and organizations of housing and communal services.

LO 4. Demonstrate self-reliance, innovativeness, scientific and professional integrity, and a sustained commitment to developing new ideas or processes in value engineering, including research.
