We invite you to participate in the hackathon for creating startups aimed at the digitalization of the government in Kyrgyzstan, taking place from May 27 to 29, 2025. We are looking for university students from Bishkek with skills in programming and/or building information system architecture.
Over the course of two days, you will have access to training sessions and workshops from experts in the field of digital government. The knowledge gained will help you effectively develop your project and successfully implement innovations in the public sector.
On the third day, participants who successfully complete the training and create a product prototype will present their projects to the jury and compete for the top prizes.
Several cases will be presented at the hackathon for participants to choose from. These include optimizing the placement of hospitals, schools, fire stations, and other facilities based on heat maps and infrastructure data; identifying inefficient government services through the analysis of complaints and requests; forecasting the need for school and kindergarten construction based on birth rates, migration, and urban density.

Eligibility: Students from any field residing in Bishkek, teams of 2 or more people, basic IT skills, and willingness to participate throughout all three days.
