On December 9, 2024, an important meeting took place at I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University. It was attended by the head of the "Operation of Transport and Technological Machines" department, Suyuntbekov I.E., the founder of "Techno Premier" company, T.K. Dubanaev, and the director of the Vocational Lyceum No. 56, Dishanlo Sh.Yu. The meeting focused on issues related to training qualified personnel and introducing innovative approaches into the educational process.

Particular attention was given to cooperation with the "TechnoPremier LiuGong" training center. The center offers unique programs aimed at upgrading qualifications in the field of service for transport and technological machines. These programs include:
• Diagnostics and repair of machines using modern equipment and software;
• Providing service for hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems;
• Learning innovative technologies for the operation of construction, road, and lifting machinery;
• Certification of specialists to work with LiuGong machinery.

The meeting also discussed opportunities to integrate the students' learning process with practical training, including:
• Arranging industrial internships and training for students of KGTU and Vocational Lyceum No. 56 at "TechnoPremier" company;
• Developing educational programs adapted to the requirements of the modern labor market;
• Conducting joint scientific and educational events such as seminars, conferences, and roundtables.

Participants emphasized the importance of such cooperation in the development of the education system in Kyrgyzstan. The new initiatives will give students and specialists the opportunity to enhance their qualifications, acquire in-demand skills, and contribute to the development of industry and technology.

This meeting marked the beginning of a long-term partnership aimed at improving the quality of specialist training and developing the service sector for transport and technological machines.
