Today, the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov held a grand opening of a joint campus created in partnership with the Northwest University of China. This significant event marked a new stage in the development of international cooperation in the field of education and science.
The campus includes two key facilities:
The Chinese-Kyrgyz Joint Laboratory for Dynamic Disasters and Prevention of Consequences in Special Soils and Rocks is an innovative platform for conducting scientific research and developing methods for preventing natural disasters.
The Silk Road International Trade Cooperation Center is a platform for studying modern trends in the global economy and developing international business.
As part of the event, three strategic agreements were signed in the presence of a delegation from Shaanxi Province and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Agreement on cooperation between the Northwest University of China and the KSTU named after I. Razzakov in the field of exchange of teachers and students.
2. Agreement on the joint educational program for the bachelor's degree "2+2" in the direction of "International Economics and Trade" (cross-border e-commerce).
3. Agreement on the joint educational program for the bachelor's degree in the direction of "International Trade and E-Business".
The Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasized the importance of these initiatives, noting that they open up new horizons for students and teachers, promote the integration of modern technologies into the educational process and the development of highly qualified personnel for the country's economy.
The opening of the joint campus strengthens the international cooperation of KSTU and creates new opportunities for students wishing to receive a quality education with international career prospects.
