On November 28, 2024, the annual event "Career and Internship Day" and job fair were held at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov. The event was held at the Korean Center and was organized jointly with the Bishkek City Department for Employment Promotion of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The main goal of the event was to create a platform for direct communication between students and graduates with employers of large companies, organizations and enterprises. This is a unique opportunity for young people to find their dream job and take the first step towards a successful career.

The official part of the event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of KSTU Syrymbekova Erkingul Ibraevna. Deputy Head of the Bishkek City Department for Employment Promotion Talant Baktybekovich Zhekshenov and expert of the Ministry of Labor Indira Abdykerimovna Arunova also made welcoming remarks.

A total of over 1,700 vacancies from 240 organizations and enterprises in Bishkek were presented. Employers held individual consultations and dialogues with students to help them find suitable vacancies.

After the official part, meetings were held in sectional areas: energy, transport, mechanical engineering, IT and communications, food and light industry, logistics, printing, biomedical engineering and informatics in healthcare.

At the end of the event, a number of companies, including Alaiku Organics LLC, BiCorp, the Bublik coffee shop chain, the Supara ethnocomplex and the multidisciplinary company Dasmiya, awarded the best students of the university with one-time scholarships, certificates and valuable gifts for excellent studies and active participation in the life of the university.

The event was a success, becoming an important platform for the career start of KSTU students.
