KSTU maintains stable relations with many foreign universities and international organizations of the world. Today KSTU has concluded international treaties and agreements on cooperation in the field of science and education with more than 290 universities and organizations of the CIS countries, Asia, Europe and Australia. One of the priorities for KSTU is cooperation with universities of the CIS member states, Europe, China and the USA.

Wide and stable international contacts are actively used for organizing and conducting international scientific conferences, seminars and round tables with the participation of leading experts from foreign partner universities. One of the main areas of inter-university cooperation is the development and implementation of joint programs aimed at providing students with the possibility of internships in foreign universities and obtaining two diplomas - KSTU and a diploma of a foreign partner university.

Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities - RKKTU


As part of the universities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, with the participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities (RKKTU) was created in October 2012.

The members of the RKKTU are the largest Russian universities, which are known for having reached the world level in the training of highly qualified personnel for various industries both for the Russian Federation and the countries of near and far abroad.

In order to implement the concept of the Consortium by the decision of the Academic Council of KSTU. I. Razzakova, by order of the rector of the university No. 1/02 of January 2, 2013, the Institute of Joint Educational Programs was opened (ISOP KSTU).

ISOP KSTU was created on the basis of the branch of BSTU "VOENMEH" them. D.F. Ustinov and faculty MPEI KSTU. Cooperation KSTU named after I. Razzakova has been working with Russian universities in the field of education for more than 17 years. The gained experience allows us to develop and improve forms of cooperation, introducing modern information telecommunication technologies.

Students are taught at the KSTU ISET according to the curricula agreed between the partner universities of the RKKTU: bachelors according to the 2 + 2 scheme and masters according to the 1 + 1 scheme. Students, in the framework of joint educational programs (SOP), the first 2 years of study at KSTU. I. Razzakova and then continue their studies at the Russian university partner of the RKKTU. Upon graduation, graduates have the opportunity to receive two diplomas: a university in the Russian Federation and KSTU. I. Razzakova of the Kyrgyz Republic.

SCO Universities


Kyrgyz State Technical University is part of the SCO University, which includes universities from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, and is the main university for the implementation of joint master's programs in the field of "Energy". In addition to cooperation in the SCO, KSTU has cooperation agreements with some universities in China. As part of such cooperation, the university annually sends several students to continue their studies at the magistracy at universities such as Harbin Polytechnic University, Lanzhong Transport University and Liaoning Petroleum and Chemical Engineering University through government grants from the People's Republic of China. At the university, with a joint project with the Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and with the assistance of the Academy of Science and Technology, a Scientific and Technical Information Center was opened, equipped with modern technology.

Kyrgyz-German Partnership


Close cooperation has been established with some universities and organizations in Germany. In 2001, an agreement was signed between the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the opening of a joint faculty, now the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute, founded by KSTU named after I. Razzakova and Berlin Technical University of Applied Sciences. Boyte. The institute has 3 departments: Telematics, Logistics and Mechanics and Industrial Engineering. Today, about 800 students study at the institute. The directions “Logistics” and “Telematics” were created with the assistance of the technical universities of Wildau, Cologne, and Brandenburg. Classes are held in German and Russian. Annually, over 30 students attend summer schools at universities and industrial enterprises in Germany. Teachers of KSTU, leading classes at this institute, also have the opportunity to train in German universities. German partners participate in the financing of the institute through DAAD. KSTU has repeatedly taken and is taking part in the implementation of joint projects with German universities under the Tempus and Erasmus + programs.
