On July 12, 2023, a meeting was held at the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University with representatives of the Chinese company LiuGong. The meeting was attended by Ms. Wang Ting and the founder of "TechnoPremier," Turat Dubanaev.

It should be noted that in collaboration with LiuGong, the unique and only educational, scientific, and technical center "TechnoPremier" in Kyrgyzstan was established at I. Razzakov KSTU. The center is engaged in educational, methodological, consulting, and research activities aligned with the scientific and production plans of the ETTM (Operation of Transport and Technological Machines) department and the scientific-educational activities of "TechnoPremier."

During the meeting, Ms. Wang Ting held negotiations with the university administration, attended by Rector Mirlan Chynybaev, Professor Islam Suyuntbekov, the founder of "TechnoPremier" Turat Dubanaev, Executive Director Murat Batyrkanov, and the director of UNTC "TechnoPremier," Gulnara Salakhitdinova. They discussed cooperation in training specialists in the field of transport and technological machines.

The key topics discussed at the meeting included:

• Enhancing the knowledge level of employees in the field of transport and technological machines.
• Advanced training of specialists in the field of 670100 – "Ground Transport and Technological Machines and Complexes."
• Organizational and methodological support for students and master's students in this field at I. Razzakov KSTU.
• Conducting joint educational and scientific-technical research in priority areas.
• Effective utilization of the innovative potential of I. Razzakov KSTU and "TechnoPremier."

According to Gulnara Salakhitdinova, a roundtable discussion titled "Integration of the Business Environment and Higher Education in the Kyrgyz Republic" is planned for August 2023, with the participation of representatives from leading business companies, universities, vocational schools, stakeholders, media, and other participants.

The main goal of the meeting was to discuss cooperation between I. Razzakov KSTU and LiuGong in training highly qualified personnel in the field of transport and technological machines. Both sides expressed interest in expanding cooperation and confirmed their readiness for further collaboration.

The UNTC "TechnoPremier" is an important step in this direction and will contribute to the development of the education sector in Kyrgyzstan. The meeting emphasized the importance of international partnerships in higher education and scientific research.
