Azisova Munara Azisovna, born in 1991, Kyrgyz, higher education, graduated from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov in 2014 with honors. I. Razzakov in 2014 with honors. In 2012, as a third-year student, she became an employee of the Chemical Technology Research Institute at KSTU named after I. Razzakov. From June 2014 to May 2015 she worked as a technologist in the meat shop of "TD Seven Days" Ltd.
In February 2015 she was hired as a laboratory assistant at the Department of "Public Catering Technology" of KSTU named after I. Razzakov. In March of the same year she was transferred to the position of the head of the laboratory of the same department. In 2016 she was transferred to the position of a teacher in the Department of "Technology of Foods of Catering". In the same year she entered the correspondence postgraduate course at KSTU named after I. Razzakov on specialty 05.18.15.-"Technology and merchandising of food products and functional and specialized purposes and public catering". In 2018 she was transferred to the position of a senior lecturer.
Azisova M.A. conducts classes on such disciplines as "Quality control of products and services of public catering enterprises", "Design of public catering enterprises", "Organization of production and service in restaurants", "Organization of sales in the restaurant business", "HACCP in the food industry", etc.
Takes an active part in the social life of the department and faculty. She is a member of the Council of Young Scientists and Applicants of KSTU named after I. Razzakov.
She passed an internship in Almaty Technological University (Kazakhstan), at the same time being a supervisor of students' industrial practice in 2016, 2017. She took professional development courses on accreditation of educational organizations and programs in 2017. She is an academic advisor and supervisor of the 1st year undergraduate groups.
For the active and fruitful work on the organization and holding of the International scientific and technical conference and the 3rd meeting of the RK KTU was awarded a commendation (2015).
